Once you have booked the demo from the website, our academic advisor will call you and take down your preferences with respect to your schedule and time for the demo. The demo class will happen at your convenience regarding time and day.

If you enjoyed the demo class, feel free to share it with our academic advisor. Otherwise, the academic advisor will call back for feedback. The payment details are sent to you immediately. Once a teacher is booked by making a payment, the regular classes can start.

In that case, we are happy to provide another demo class absolutely free of cost with a different tutor.

Once the Demo class has been taken the academic advisor takes your availability and understands the academic schedule and tries to match it up with the teacher. Meanwhile all respective details are sent containing payment details. Once a payment is made, you are eligible to start off with the classes on the scheduled days and time. We send you details of student login only once a payment is made. A support team member calls you up and sets up the first class for you.

WeGyaan interactive online tuition classrooms allow audio-Video interaction which means the tutor and your child will be able to see each other and speak to each other. In our tuition class, your child has a natural back-and-forth conversation with an excellent tutor. The focus is on your child explaining (able to speak and type on chat box) their reasoning verbally, and demonstrating their workings using the classroom tools.

Yes! If you are not satisfied at any point of time we provide you another teacher and the academic advisor will arrange a Demo with the new teacher as well asap.

Yes, the online classes are scheduled as per the students convenient timing.

Students progress will be submitted to the parents as a weekly update in their respective groups. After every chapter completion, assignments and tests will be provided.

Yes, if chosen for an annual payment, installment options are provided to the parents.

Yes. If you choose to discontinue with the classes, any advance payment made (on pro data basis) will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.

The WeGyaan dashboard automatically logs you out of a class when the student goes offline. In case of power cut the same thing is followed. Only those class minutes are recorded for which the student is online.
